Sharon is part of the reception team at Future Minds Psychology, based at our Box Hill South clinic. She plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and supportive experience for children, young people and families.
With a diverse background across multiple industries, Sharon brings strong customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. She supports families from their first point of contact, helping with enquiries, bookings and communication, and works closely with clinicians to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Sharon is passionate about helping families feel comfortable and supported, and contributes to creating a calm, positive environment within the clinic.
