Martina

Martina is part of the reception team at Future Minds Psychology, based at our Box Hill South clinic. She plays an important role in helping create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for children, young people, and families.

With strong customer service skills and experience working with children, Martina is committed to providing a warm, efficient, and positive experience for families attending the clinic. She supports families from their first point of contact, assisting with enquiries, bookings, and communication, and helping the clinic run smoothly.

Martina is currently completing her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences. She has a strong interest in psychology and is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of young people and families. Martina also works closely with our clinicians to help maintain a calm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the clinic.

Strong experience in customer service within a clinical practice setting.

Enjoyed previous roles supporting children and families, including working as a nanny for young children.
