Leah is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. She takes a warm, collaborative, and genuine approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported to grow. Her therapeutic style is compassionate and reflective, grounded in authenticity and respect for each client’s unique experiences.

Leah has worked across public mental health, school, and community health settings, supporting young people and their families with a broad range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. She tailors her approach to each individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Self-Compassion Therapy. She also enjoys integrating creative and experiential approaches such as art and movement within sessions.
