Annabelle Tran

About

Annabelle Tran is a Registered Psychologist at Future Minds Psychology, supporting children, adolescents and families across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Annabelle works with young people experiencing emotional, behavioural and developmental challenges, and has a particular interest in neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD. She is passionate about supporting children and adolescents to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical skills for everyday life.

She completed her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University and has experience working across schools, early childhood settings and private practice. Annabelle has provided both therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents, including assessments for ADHD, autism and learning differences.

Annabelle also has experience facilitating group programs focused on social skills and emotional development, and works collaboratively with families and schools to support consistent, meaningful change.

Her approach is warm, thoughtful and client-centred. She is guided by the belief that children’s behaviour is a form of communication, and works with families to better understand what a child may be expressing through their actions.

In addition to her clinical work, Annabelle brings experience as a child disability support worker and swim teacher, which has strengthened her ability to build rapport, adapt to individual needs, and support young people in everyday contexts.
