What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, but to provide the best possible service to all clients, we require at least 48 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
  • Cancellation fees are not claimable as a rebate from Medicare or private health insurance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
