What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances can change and occasionally appointments need to be rescheduled. To allow us to offer appointment times to other families, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may incur the full appointment fee.

If you need to change an appointment, please contact our reception team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
